So i had to delete the animation.zip file and it won't regen it, it will however regen the ghost version, it gives the following error:

I did not change anything in their, it just sorta happened, i already tried to verify cache and reinstall, neither worked. This is way beyond me and i have 0 idea why this would happen...

The autoconverter tool didn't like your following images:
hair-0.png, hair-2.png, hair_hat-0.png, hair_hat-2.png, hairpigtails-0.png, hairpigtails-1.png, headbase_hat-0.png, headbase_hat-2.png.
Increasing their color depth to 32 bits (with alpha channel) fixed that.

Wow, i really didn't expect this to be fixed lol, thanks so much!

I do have another problem though, it has to do with items, i can't give details atm for i am not at my desktop but if you could help with that too, that'd be great.
