Server Host does not allow BAT files for Caves

So as the the title says, I cannot create bat files. I learned of this when I was trying to figure out how to add caves to my server and one step was to add (depneding on the guide) something like " start dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer -console -cluster MyDediServer -shard Master
start dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer -console -cluster MyDediServer -shard Caves " to a bat file. When I tried to create a new bat file for this code, the file manager says that is a restricted file type. What do I do now? Do I have to buy another dedicated server? Or does that mean my host does not allow Caves? I use Jestservers.com by the way.
