Did my skin drops disappear?

I already posted this in the Bug Tracker subforum, but I just noticed that people couldn't reply there? I looked for some kind of "troubleshooting" subforum but couldn't find one so I thought Bug Tracker sounded like the next best thing. And kinda need an answer sooner rather than later since I don't want to just leave the game - and more importantly my computer -  on for hours on end.

I just got the valkyrie armor and I'm super happy about it! I haven't left the game yet since I got it, but I noticed that it didn't show up in my steam inventory like it usually does. Last week something similar happened. I got a classy plaid skirt and then another one as my next drop and only one showed up in my inventory, the other one is simply gone. It's no big deal with the skirt but it would be a HUGE disappointment if the valkyrie armor gets lost now. (Especially since Wigfrid is my main character and I was so happy to finally have one of her outfit pieces…)

Did this happen to anyone else yet? Can someone tell me what this is about? I attached a screenshot of my character (even though it's not Wigfrid in this case) wearing the skin with my ingame name showing, if you need some proof that I actually got it or something.

 

Anyways, additionally to the quote above I also got some long gray gloves and a gray tshirt that didn't show up in my steam inventory after I got them. I am really really afraid to leave the game (been idling in godmode since the valkyrie thing since I didn't wanna quit the game and lose it) and lose the drops now, like I lost the classy plaid skirt, even though it wasn't a big deal since I already had one.

Edit: A friend of mine checked after they got their drop and it wasn't in their steam inventory, so they disconnected and looked in their Collection and it was there. I did the same thing and everything (except for the classy plaid skirt) was still there, I am very relieved. Still weird what happened with the skirt though… Anyway, I might have started this thread for nothing now. Nevermind.
