Seasons early/late start .

Make every season to have a chance to start and end 1-3 days early or late . This way every season will be more realistic and more unpredictable . Because they feel too scripted when you know which day it will start and end . It's true that you need time to prepare but it would be more dynamic if the season can start early or later and even end early or later (the next season to start early or later) . I don't think that 1-3 days will be problematic - it starts early you need to be ready a way before the last day if you are going to survive or late (late is of course player friendly , more time to prepare) . It will add a feeling of unrest and danger every season because you won't know when the next one will start so you will have to make haste the last days .
