SILVERFISH
I'm setting up a dedicated server and everything seems to running fine and I am able to see the server on the server list. However when ever I try to connect I get the following message: Version Mismatch The server is on a different version that you. Why can't we all just get along? I managed to get it working on the Friday after the initial update however when the patch was released on Saturday it stopped working. I have tried everything I can think of including restarting/Updating and going through all the files again. (Everything in the console seems to be running fine and the server creates without any problems.) Thanks in advance for any help Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/64376-version-mismatch-since-last-update/ Share on other sites

Perhaps reinstalling the server DST data will resolve the issue. Sometimes the server doesn't fully update the DST game files itself server-side or perhaps there's an issue with the server reaching the files. If that's the case the ports might need to be changed so you can reinstall without an issue. Beyond that, I'm not 100% sure what it could be besides what's stated above. If you can, please post the log files from the time you last started up your server. The more information we have the easier it is for us to help Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/64376-version-mismatch-since-last-update/#findComment-723094 Share on other sites
