chukkyjr
hi i'm new with DS, i find it comfortable to play it with controller, but it seems like attacking Abigail became an issue when i unlock Wendy, even when i stand close to enemy (say spider) and the spider is highligted, i might still swing it at Abigail, this is a bit troublesome since i have to fight against 2 things now : mob and the controls i never tried using mouse, but i've heard it requires ctrl + click to intentionally dismiss Abigail, is there such setting available using controller? Rily
you should try the mouse, if you set the force attack to the f instead of ctrl+f you will be able to attack to any nearby creature with just one key, even if you don´t focus on it, the controllers implementation was pretty ingenious but with some issues, I don't think the devs could check for this right now, but there is a way more efficient... Try to use a keyboard and mouse emulator, I use "joytokey" because I prefer the controller, with it you can use the space bar and the force attack with a single joystick button and without the focus problems of the original controller support, but you also have to navigate in your inventory with the mouse, you can try to emulate the mouse with a joystick but is not enough fast and comfortable Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/64311-abigail-targetting-with-controller/#findComment-724588 Share on other sites
