[Bug Report] Raw fish and jellyfish disppear from drying rack on reload

I've had this glitch happen multiple times now, where I put raw fish and/or jellyfish on the drying rack. If reloading the game before the drying is finished and they become jerky/dried, the meat appears to disappear, but is clearly still in place and reappears when it becomes jerky.

Playing the most recent Steam build. I'm not using any mods.
