Wes and balloons buff mod?

I would love it if there was a mod that made Wes a little bit easier to play, like removing the faster hunger and sanity drain, and making the balloons have a small sanity gain aura of like 1/min. this would make Wes a viable option for a character in DST that could actually help, and not be a burden on the team.
