Need Help With Leveling system for summoned mobs

Hi Guys... so ive been working on this for about half a month now and i just cant seem to figure it out...(ignore the grammar as long as u understand please, not really trying to get perfect grammar or anything)

 

 

 

So i made a character who makes her own mobs and i want to give the mobs the ability to level up off of kills... my script is nearly identical to the Kyoko Sakura(Puella Magi Madoka Magica) from Silhh or Arcade

because it was based off that to begin with.

 

please help
