Reign of Giants Balance

I've been playing Don't Starve since Vanilla, and i keep always checking the changelogs and i've observed that were really only a few balance update for RoG, as i first played the dlc i felt it was unballanced and I still fell it today. I want to know if Klei has any plan to further balance RoG, I first thought it was surely going to happen, but now with Together and Shipwrecked i wonder if it is ever going to happen. What i fell to be most unballanced is two things: 1) Summer itself and 2) It's way easier to start at Fall than to start at Spring. I really think some balance on these things would be truly welcome.
