Deadicated Server shows up on list, direct connect timeout

Hey all, I know the forum is flooded with these, but i've been over my log file a lot and can't find the problem. My server is completely visible to the outside world, but they just cannot connect to it. My ports are opened.

 

Here's my log file, maybe you can see something I don't. It's a bit confusing to me.
