If you have both Reign of Giants and Shipwrecked installed and you use the Teleportato in a Reign of Giants world, going to the main menu introduces you to the Reign of Giants screen, rather than the Shipwrecked screen. The Shipwrecked menu will return after you reload Don't Starve.
