[MOD] How can I activate mouse hover effect?

I apologize for I'm not good at English.

 

 

I want to make a item enable to blink when I equipped.

 

So I copy and paste follwing script from oragne staff to yellow amulet.

 

         inst:AddComponent("blinkstaff")

 

But I can blink just only when I pick up amulet by click.

 

Can't when I equiped amulet in my slot.

 

How can I activate mouse hover effect and blink by just click right mouse button?
