Help me get into character and have more fun. After all Islands have names. I also feel like it would be cool to name our boats....but I care more about the islands than boats. When you place one you can write "Monkey Island: Beware!" or "This is where the Water Beefalo Are" or some such. Probably wouldn't work for controllers though, and there may already be a mod for that. Chamsey Posted December 18, 2015 Share Posted December 18, 2015 Finally make a use for signs. When you put a sign on an island, you can name the island. Then whenever you land on that island again, there is a slow reveal on the name onscreen. That would look very pretty. Definitely have something for it on the map, maybe if you zoom out really far you see names, but if you zoom in, you can see whats on the island behind the name. I am 100% for this, nice suggestion. It's all too easy to forget which island is which and where important resources that don't show up on the map are. (For example if you're collecting the Things like I am because I want to unlock the new character without dying!) Plus, you know. Fun and profit.
