Character Image Request for a Character Mod

Hello, I am making a character mod, Jeremy, who is a tourist, but I don't consider myself an artist on digital art. I need some help for the art of the character, and I'll give credit to you. So, here is what you need to know just in case.

• Make sure you have the appearance similar to my reference drawing.

• If you have some improvements in mind, or changes, let me know first before doing so just in case if I like it or not, so you won't have to redo it.

• Take note that you might have to make some minor changes when finished, I'll make sure it's not too much work.

• Please improve the hood on the character.

• Do NOT apply the backpack as part of his appearance, that is not part of him, that is an item he starts with.

• His upper garment is a vest with a hood, not a jacket.

• The camera IS part of his appearance.

• He is meant to look like the default characters, so make sure he has that sketchy style like them.

• If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Thank you, I'll post my drawing of his appearance and his big picture. Also I don't do good with noses, so I excluded that. If you want to add one, then please show me how it will look so he won't look ridiculous.
