[Suggestion] Mouse wheel the same as in DST

Hi all! ;)

There's something that's bugging me for a looong time... Why DST have such great mouse wheel related functions while DS don't?

I'm talking about scrolling building options and scrolling through mods, ofc. Strangely, fact that two options are not present, make DS a lot worse than DST :/

Hope you can add that functionalities to DS one day ^^
