[Help] Mod Project: Character Pack

A friend and I are working on mods that will put six custom characters into the game, as well as three custom items. We've got a good idea of what their perks are and have most of the perks coded, but we're having major issues with several of them, as well as with setting up the mod files in general. If someone with good knowledge on how this works would like to help us out and possibly even teach us along the way, it would be greatly appreciated!
