Issue Description: I don't know if this is a big or an undocumented featured. I was carrying a charge pack and I wanted to reduce the cooldown on Derek's personal teleporter. But I didn't see the option to recharge. Maybe Derek's teleport can't be charged? If so it should probably say that in the description somewhere. Well done on Invisible Inc, by the way. I love turn-based games and Invisi is probably one of the best games I've ever played. Steps to Reproduce: Use Derek's teleporter - have a charge pack in your inventory. Try to recharge it.
