Help needed with Character Perks

[Waphles]

Basically I have done everything for my character apart from the perks as they seem quite complex to me.

 

Perk 1:

Big Hair: Increased Insulation but can't wear Hats

 

Perk 2:

Paranoia: The lower the sanity, the quicker it decays

 

Perk 3:

Herblore: Can make soup out of one Papyrus, two Ashes and one Nitre

 

Eventually I want to expand the Herblore into a tab such as Wickerbottom's but for now placing soup in the food tab will be fine.
