Does character voice work differently now?

I've just started working on my character mod again recently, and noticed his voice doesn't work.

 

I've been using

inst.soundsname = "webber"

in my master_postinit and it worked pre-RoG with extended characters mod that brought in the RoG characters but it doesn't work with the official RoG character even though the file appears to be the same name.

 

I've tried prying a couple things from the webber prefab and still am, but no luck yet.

You need

inst.talker_path_override = "dontstarve_DLC001/characters/"

next to it.

Oh, wow. I actually had that line, but I had 'commented' my inst.soundsname line.  Solution right under my nose.
