Issue Title: error during initialization

Issue Description: Every time I tried to run the game, it crash and say "error during initialization"

I tried the solution with the NVIDIA control panel but that didn't work for me..

I also tried to reinstall the game, reinstall directX and visual c++ from the game folder and check my local file on steam.

Sorry for my bad english :)
