Big Portrait offsetting at every adjustment

I've tried a lot of different ways fixing the big portrait problem im having.

I used photoshop to edit and save the png file which I then converted to TEX file using the Klei Texture Converter by matt tools.

I also tried to copy from the other mods just to make sure I had the same size (1.33mb) and the TEX seems to be offset a on the top left corner from the center. Even with the original big portraits of Wilson, it is offset to the top left corner.

At first it was center when I tried it in game, then when I joined a dedicated server using my character, it offset itself to the top left. Now it offset itself to the top left even when I play LAN.

Anything I am doing wrong or missing? I tried manually adjusting it too and still, problems occur..  

Help from fellow modders who ran into the issue and fixed it? Please?
