DST Dedicated Server Problem

Hello I have recently tried to create a Don't Starve Together dedicated server. When I try to run the server using the DST Dedicated Server Steam tool, a box pops up and runs the code in a continuous loop. Here is an example of it:

It just keeps looping the text above. I have tried reinstalling the Steam DST Dedicated server tool and tried verifying the integrity of the tool cache. Both of those did not work. Does anyone have any ideas? I have attached the log, server token, and settings.
