Wanting to make a spell for a modded character.

[Prerequisite]

Basically I'm running Wendy with my gf that's modded for a little more speed. I wanted to be able to make a ranged spell that she started with when you spawned into the world. Kind of like what others are doing in their mods like the Rin mod and the Annie from League of Legends mod. 

 

Just an ability that I can spam that does mediocre damage but is infinite. When you die it respawns onto yourself and is exclusive to your character. 

 

First time trying to mod and would love help with this sort of thing.
