Issue Title: Broken-down walls still restricting movement

Issue Description: A stone wall that has been fully attacked down, still prevents the player from moving through it when the player logs off and logs back in. In the same game session that the wall got destroyed, players can cross through the wall, but not when the player resumes the game and the wall is already down. This tends to happen when the player is wearing a backpack, eg. piggy bag.

Steps to Reproduce: Wear a piggy bag (maybe optional)

Build stone wall

Hit stone wall down to flat

Disconnect from game and rejoin world

Try to cross broken-down wall
