Chaos in my dedicated server hosted in LAN

I've had this problem for over 2-3 months and didn't bother posting, hoping for a fix but it seems there hasn't been a fix for it.
 
 
I have two computers, one for a dedicated server, and one for use. Whenever I join my server, everything is messed up. Animals teleport and disappear, birds don't show flying animation, they just popup. Sometimes monsters are invisible and popup in front of my character.
 
Sounds disappear slowly, leaving the ambient sound of nature in Don't Starve.
 
When my friend joins, nothing is wrong. It's all fine.
 
 
 
I asked my friend to host and it worked fine for him and myself.
 
 
Procedures I've taken to attempt to fix the problem:

  • Formatted computer
  • Removed the game several times
  • Validated content
  • Removed and reinstalled the server
  • Disabled all mods on both, the server and client
