[Help] Editing files such as 'Profile'

So im a Server owner,

 

im having issues with configuring the servers 'Overides'

 

such as loot/mob spawns & season leanghs,

 

i dont want to have to create a new server on my client, then upload it to my server.

 

i was hoping that someone could point me to the sypher so that i can open the files stored under /save/

that wat i can edit settings without destroying my players hard work.

 

shut the server down, edit the relivent setting and start her up again.

 

i noticed a command somewere in these forums, but it looked like a whole script and i dont know what it does so im not touching it.

 

if anyone could point me towards an editer or some other way of breaking the code into readable information that would be great
