Issue Title: Connection problem - Server not Responding

Issue Description: Hi guys!

I've been trying to connect to an online server hosted by a friend but every time I try the connection fails and the message "Server not responding" appears.

Also, it seems that I can only see a small portion of all available servers in the list.

When I check my log file it says that there are 1688 servers (unfiltered) but I only see between 350 to 400 servers (unfiltered).

I've also tried creating a server (friend only) but then it's my friends who can't access it.

I've verified the integrity of game files, I've logged out and logged back in several times, I've turned off my firewalls and still nothing.

I hope you can help me.

Steps to Reproduce: - Login to steam

- Launching Don't Starve Together

- Click Browse Games

- Select any server

- Click Join
