Catcoon Pounce Ability

I'm pretty sure this is hard to find because its not in the playable mob pack but

 

I'm trying to give my custom character the pounce ability with increase speed/range but less damage. (because catcoon damage is instant kill)

 

Anyone know how I can find the code to this and how I apply it to my character?

 

I'm assuming I'll probably need to add an animation of the pounce as well.
