[Gameplay] - Distributed Processing stacking not working as expected

Issue Title: Distributed Processing stacking not working as expected

Issue Description: Two Distributed Processing augmentations on one character did not produce the expected power. I believe it should produce either 1 power 100% of the time or 1 power 50% of the time x2, which means that sometimes it should produce 2 power in this second case (and sometimes 0, sometimes 1).

I asked about this in the forum and it seems like people think it is giving a flat 75% chance for 1 power with 2 of those installed, but that is not correct math unless this is the only item in the game that stacks with diminishing returns. So either the math is wrong or a clarification on the item would be welcome explaining that it stacks with diminishing returns.

Steps to Reproduce: Put two Distributed Processing augmentations on a character. Play 12+ days on endless and see that it will give 0 or 1 power but never 2 power.

Hey bobthe, it turns out this is just a visual bug. Multiple Distributed Processing augments do each have their own chance to provide power each turn, but all of the "+1 PWR" that float above the agents head happen at the same time. So it looks like just 1 power was gained. I've made a change that will write the total PWR gained by all of the agents Distributed Processors. That will show up in the next update.
