Modding Update Help[Character]

Hello everyone, I'm in a bit of a pinch as to where I need to go with updating my mod to DST. It's been quite some time since I last created the thing and I hadn't found any templates around so I was just going to try and work on what I'd made long ago. There are a few things I'd like to do and I'm wondering if anyone can either help or steer me in the right direction.

 

1. I don't even remember what programs are necessary to edit this stuff anymore.

 

2. I'd like to change the base from Wilson to Willow as the fire sanity attribute is one that's helped me very much along the way.

NOTE: I know the drawing isn't the best out there for this. I figured it'd be nice simply to just have my own creation in the game, I didn't think much on the details. xD
