Dedicated Server is on LAN and not Online

Hey guys, i tried everything i could find but i wonder whats missing, also im using windows 7 x64

actually GSA and downloaded my dd. server followed the wiki created shortcut updaten the ****.. used lua. created a world and throw the serverinfo and tump into the dedicated server files well yeah here is my log if someone can help to find my issue would be cool, also i deactivated firewall too, every possible option, also i tried to shut my firewall down too but it doesnt helped, my port on my router is free too so i rly got no idea what´s missing
