Williamb2011
So I'm not entirely sure how many of you know who franky is from the anime one piece, but a couple of friends and I are trying to make a character mod for him. If you know who he is, you are aware of his MASSIVE body. His body is in fact so big that you wouldn't be able to fit the normal body parts in their normal areas. My solution to this is that I put body parts like his huge shoulders in the slots where hair would go and then assemble the animations in spriter. I made a custom idle animationĀ in a little tutorial, that was supposed to apply to all the characters which I tested my idea, and it worked. the only issue with this is that it was not character specific and I could not seem to make it character specific. The other problem was that the spriter pngs were based off of a Wilson tex file, and if you try to use a hairpiece as a chest body part, then when you try with wolfgang, it is just an invisible slot as wolfgang has no big hairpiece equivalent. My main issue is again just making a custom animation with the extended sample character because I have just about given up. How do I make a custom animation for every animation, and how do I make them only apply to my mod character. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you. RedRock911
I would guess you have to make custom anim files, including basic, actions and attack, etc. as well as a custom build. Then in your modmain and prefab ensure that those are the files you call on to use in the game.
