Could someone please answer this post with a way to fix this?  I paid good money for this game and my son can not use it!  Is this the wrong place to post, will the developers of the game not see it? Or do they not care?  If not please let me know where I should post it.  I can not post in the bug tracker forum cause it will not allow me to!  Thank you for your time!
