Help: installing character mod, ended up in coding error

So I don't have Don't Starve on Steam, and there was this mod I really wanted that was only on the workshop. So i used "Steam Workshop Downloader" from the internet to download it.

However i get this error when trying to enable it.

I'm still new to coding so im wondering how to fix this or what went wrong, i will send attached file
