Issue Title: Bug report form validation deletes all text.

Issue Description: I just tried submitting a game bug report that didn't require any instructions in "steps to reproduce", so I left that field blank. Your form validator intercepted my submission and showed me a page telling me to go back and fill in the field. When I navigated back in my browser, all the text I had submitted was gone, with no way to retrieve it. Now my time has been wasted, and I have to decide whether I feel like taking even more time to compose the bug report all over again.

Steps to Reproduce: Write a bug report, but do something that the form validator won't like. Submit it, read the validator's complaint, and then discover that all your text has been deleted.
