REQ - Force Ghost Respawn Timer in Survival

Any ideas here? I haven't opened up into modding myself yet but may go that route since there's a lot I want to do from a plethora of mods presently that are conflicting.

 

One thing I want to throw in is a respawn option on ghosts in survival. One thing I noticed when I first started playing was the few populated public servers I hopped in, were filled with ghosts, and within 20-30 minutes the server was empty save the 3-4 still alive/teammed up.

 

So what I'm going for is X days will force a ghost to respawn at the portal like they would from any of the other options to do so.
