Need help with custom character

Hi, guys!

 

I am making a custom character, and when I went to see how it looks in-game, this is what I get:

 

 

All right... As you can see, the art is not finished yet. I've been trying to fix a few things in the proccess, buuut it went wrong.

 

Those pigtails actually aren't supposed to be pigtails, they're the back part of the hair. And I wanted to put another layer behind the skirt (the back part of the skirt).

 

And the other sides look even worse haha

 

 

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to "move" the layers (fix their positions).

Also, as you can see in the side view, I want it to have a side view of the skirt (as well as the walking animation), is that possible?

@lNaomi, move the default pivot position of the hairpigtails. Also it looks like you need to swap the images -0 should be -1 and -1 should be -0.
