Issue Title: Haunt Night Light Crash

Issue Description: When you haunt the night light the game crashes (not entirely sure if only the client, only the server or both).

I believe this is due to a misspelling of inst as ints in the nightlight prefab.

Another thing I noticed is that Evergreens can no longer turn into Treeguards when chopped down and then haunted, however Birchnut Trees can still turn into 'Poison Birchnut Trees' (or whatever they are called) after being chopped down and then haunted. This looks weird as a stump suddenly turns into a full grown tree.
