Followed directions on DST wiki, can't get server details to show

My server appears to work, it seems like everything is generally functional with no critical issues.  However, when I start the server and find it on my dst game in server list, the only things showing in the "server details" are the server name, PvP, Dedicated Server, and password protected.  It shows ??? for day and season, it doesn't show tags, mods or view world (all greyed out), and the server description also isn't showing.  How can I get these to be viewable?

Also, the following errors occur during loads every time:
