[Gameplay] - Settings keeps resetting and saves are wiped after every exit.

Issue Title: Settings keeps resetting and saves are wiped after every exit.

Issue Description: No errors and no crashes.

But every time I exit and start the game again something very annoying happens. I Need to change my settings again and I have no saved games anywhere.

So basically hole game resets itself.

Why to play when u can't even load save?

Tried reinstalling twice. Playing through Steam.

Steps to Reproduce: Wanted to play after long break.

Click "Play"

*changing settings*

*hosting server*

*having fun*

//--game has saved few times--//

*having more fun*

*had enough*

Click "Exit"

*wants to play more*

Click "Play"

//--settings at default--//

*changing settings.. again*

//--no saved games--//

*hosting server.. again*

...etc.
