Issue Description: If you are using a controller, you see a row of items at the bottom of your screen. However, if you want to use an item on the bottom, say plant a sapling, the game won;t let you. You have to move the item to the upper row to use the item. Please fix! Steps to Reproduce: Have a backpack on. Using a controller, attempt to use any item on the bottom row, like plan a sapling.
