[Gameplay] - No action points upon new turn after picking up the body

Issue Title: No action points upon new turn after picking up the body

Issue Description: Basically I was dragging the body of one agent with the other agent. When I stopped next to a guard I dropped the body in order to knock the guard down. I did that. There was also other guard next to the one I just knocked out but I had no attack left but I did have 2 disruptors in my inventory if that matters. At this point I ended the turn. During the enemy turn the other guard guard became aware of me (yellow question mark). There was new turn, I had other disruptor off cooldown so I picked my agent's body up with the intention to move it one tile, drop it and then knock out the other guard. I clicked on pick up body and the game decided to pick up the guard body. Once I did that I realized that for some reason I have 0 action points and I couldn't even drop the guard's body ("can't stack bodies" in red letters or something). I had no move. Everything greyed out. All I could do is end the turn which I did but of course the guard moved and spotted me. Game over. Guess that was a bug. Perhaps had something to do with not knocking the guard out on top of other agent's body.

Steps to Reproduce: I suppose everything is in the Issue description. Knock out a guard next to you while standing on top of other agent's body. End the turn. Next turn click on "pick up body". At this points I don't remember if there was option to pick up either the guard or the agent. I didn't notice so proabaly there was only option for the guard. Once I picked him up I believe I lost all action points (if I had any this new turn to begin with, can't tell now). I also had 2 disruptors in my inventory but that probably doesn't matter. I lost the game so obviously I can't try it again. My understanding is you can dig it up from the save file so I'm attaching the files.
