Corrupt Save File

Hi,

 

I keep getting a corrupt save file error when I try to add a new mod to my dedicated server. It's a bit frustrating because the only solution I can find is deleting the save folder and starting over each time. After doing so it loads all the mods perfectly with no issues but I lose all my progress.

 

Since I'm on my fourth attempt and don't want to start over again I thought I'd ask here.

I deleted the file 0000000048 but when I restart the server it just goes up the list and says the previous save file is corrupt. Is there a way to fix this issue without having to delete the save folder and start over?
