~Help~ Creating Cold Character

(Srry for posting this everywhere I feel stupid about not seeing this subforum)

 

Creating a Character that has some premade templates (to give you an Idea) 

1) Is a Kid

2) Has a trickster(-ish) style

3) Is playful

4) Blue coat/Orange Scarf

5) Has Grey/White(-ish) hair

6) Comes with a Snowflake Boomerang (Search for Snowstorm Sivir to get an Idea of what I am talking about)

 

I will do the coding part

 

Anyone that can help please p.m. or replay. ( I am quite desperate,my drawing skills on pc are more than awful)
