[General] - Player lights up lighter around forest, but other players can't chop wood

Issue Title: Player lights up lighter around forest, but other players can't chop wood

Issue Description: When the lighter is used by a player to give light to a area around a tree the other players can't chop the tree or active. It is like the game doesn't acknowledge that the lighter gives light to the other players. this probably affects other actions too.

Steps to Reproduce: one player use the lighter during night by a tree, another tried with that light to chop tree. Can't be done...

Are you sure the the player holding the light is close enough to the player that will chop the tree? If the player holding the axe is in the light, he/she should be able to just press Spacebar to autochop the tree. I've been able to mine down rocks and chop trees with this method with other players just fine.
