Issue Title: Piggyback Disappeared During a Battle

Issue Description: Two players, fighting hounds near the Pig King. Chester's bone was in my piggyback. Equipped my log suit, dropping my piggyback (with the bone in it) on the ground. Died during the fight. After I regenerated, I discovered my piggyback was missing. It's icon does not appear on the map. I went over and over the terrain looking for it but found nothing. All my inventory items were by my skeleton, and Chester was waiting near where I had changed into my armor, but no piggyback, ergo no eye bone. So - Chester just sits, waiting. Stuck sitting in the Pig King's meadow with a full stash of goodies.

Just thought I would let you know. Thanks! Great game! Enjoying it even with the missing piggyback!
