Issue Title: Linux - Mods from Steam Workshop not appearing in Mods screen

Issue Description: Mods are not appearing in the Mods screen. The game was completely uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and each time the ~/.klei folder was manually removed to ensure a clean slate on each reinstall. The game's local files were verified 6 times.

Logs provide non-descript errors such as:

"""

Note the "EResult 1, 539640601119068429" and "DelDirectory [../mods/workshop-376333686] -1: FAILED" lines, these do not provide a human understandable error message for self-diagnosis/debugging.

Please see attached logs and screenshots.
