Issue Title: Strange behavior of eating spoiled food. (effect of sanity)

Issue Description: I found a behavior that might be a bug on the dedicated server of DST.

If a food's hunger value is negative, you may still gain sanity by eating staled food.

In the file `DST/data/scripts/components/edible.lua', line 55.

Shouldn't `self.hungervalue < 0` be removed?

I'm sorry if it isn't a bug. But I think it's pretty strange.

Steps to Reproduce: Create a mod, defining a edible prefab having a negative hunger value and positive sanity value.

Eat your food while it's staled, and you'll still gain sanity.
