Issue Title: Win 8.1 Tablet PC not rendering game properly
Issue Description: Hello,

So I recently purchased a Winbook tw801 tablet pc, which got me really excited to be able to play invisible inc in a more portable setting . I've updated the intel HD graphics to the lastest driver version and have been able to successfully play Civilization 5 (only in dx9 mode) & binding of issac: rebirth.

When trying to boot up and play Invisible Inc. I get the GUI elements but all the art assets are missing. Not sure what I'm missing, was wondering if you guys could provide some more insight on how the game is rendered so I might be able to start troubleshooting just why it won't display? (opengl/directx9). Is there a graphic option I could toggle? (Also for some odd reason the gfx.lua file wasn't within my settings folder as well, but even copy/pasting that over didn't help)
Steps to Reproduce: Intel HD graphic card (I believe 7th generation, doesn't give me more detail than that)

All graphical options disabled as well
